In the summer of 1979, gay porn producer Anne sets out to film her most ambitious film yet, but her actors are picked off, one by one, by a mysterious killer.

This is such a wonderful movie to me. I love the tribute to the giallo cinema, i love the costumes and the lighting, with it's etheral scenes, artful and sexual energy it truly captivates. The score! Absolutely compliments it. A thriller with violence and leather, with love and heart, it will have you at the edge of your seat trying to know who the killer is but at the same time interested in the character's stories. Queer people going to bars, filming queer adult films, having complicated relationships, all of the murders happening to friends and coworkers in the backdrop as the film unfolds. It left me in tears at the end, very beautiful. If you like giallos and queer cinema, this is for you. Give it a chance.

Metal Lords (2022) dir. Peter Sollett

This is such an endeering movie, i know there are bad reviews about this movie out there so i wanted to give my opinion to maybe change your mind. If you were a teenage metalhead or even if you are a music lover, this is for you. I personally love this movie, it really struck my nostalgia, i have been a metalhead since i was 12 years old and i have hung around enough metalheads to tell you that these are accurate rep: dumb, reckless, judgemental and thinking that they are better than everyone, with a lot of growing in their way.
This movie isn't only about metal though, we are walked through the hardships of being a teenager, of not fitting in, being laughed at, dealing with mental health and finding people you can get along with and be yourself, being cringe and just have fun. At the end, i feel like metal is something that can be for everyone and can bring different people together, we can learn from metal and we can learn from each other.
